Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Gathering and collation of client requirements and financial data
  • ‘Know Your Customer’ processes Onboarding Support
    • Initiate and follow up KYC Requirements of Sellers
    • Validate the KYC information uploaded by the Sellers
  • Client Support in platform usage
  • Communication and Engagement of Acudeen’s Trusted Partners (i.e. credit bureaus, collection agents)
  • Assist in research on new avenues on improving operations processes of the company and target client industries.



  • Tech Savvy Individuals who are fast learners and has the capability to teach SMEs on the UI of the platform
