For instance, we may collection information from Payors regarding the relevant Sellers. We may also collect information from Sellers regarding the Payors’ credit history. Can You opt not to provide Your personal information?

Yes, but as a result, Acudeen may not be able to provide you with the services of our Platform/Website.

What does Acudeen do with Your personal information?

Your personal information are required to serve as Acudeen’s point of contact with its Member Sellers, Payors, and Buyers.

All information that You provide us, including information You post in the site, may be collected and processed internally, or by Acudeen’s authorized Third Party Service Providers. Also, by using our services, Acudeen uses non-personally identifiable information to improve its services, provide social media features, troubleshoot, administer the Website, analyze Acudeen’s traffic and trends, comply with applicable law, and cooperate with law enforcement activities.
